B. What are the dates and times on which the Session Performer is required?
C. What is the name and address of the venue?
D. Are there any specific needs the Session Performer requires in connection with the performance or tour (i.e. drink and refreshment rider or production rider)?

3. Fees and Expenses

A. What fee (if any) will the Session Performer be paid?
B. When will the Fee be paid (e.g. in instalments or after the performance or tour)?
C. Is GST payable?
D. What insurances (if any) are required to be maintained by either party?
E. Are there any Visa requirements? If so, who will manage the Visa application process?

4. Credit and Promotion

A. Will the Session Performer be credited in connection with performance or tour? If so, what is the exact wording of the credit?

5. Cancellation/Termination

A. What rights do each party have to terminate (e.g. how much cancellation notice is needed from either party)?

6. Special Conditions

A. Are there any special conditions that relate to the engagement? (E.g. Limitations on the right to use the Session Performer's name and/or limitations on recordings made of the performance(s).)
